Meet Diana.
Growing up as an elite figure skater with a “health freak” dad gave me a strong start in life — I had discipline, strength, and a sense of what it meant to be healthy. But despite all that, I was still pretty clueless when it came to taking care of myself as an adult.
I gave up training when I went to college and ditched healthy eating too. I gained the “Freshman 15” (and then some), and things only got worse once I entered the 9-to-5 grind. Like so many women, I fell into the usual office-life traps: long hours, low energy, and no clue how to make time for real wellness. I turned to diet culture and tried to just eat less to “get skinny.” My weight yo-yoed for years while my stress kept building.
Eventually, I hit a breaking point. I knew there had to be a more sane and sustainable way to feel good in my body — one that didn’t involve forcing myself to go hungry being so mean to myself.
That’s when I started what I now call my Happy Health Journey — a shift in mindset where I stopped focusing on what to cut out and started focusing on what to add in. More nourishing foods. More joyful movement. More rest. More fun.
At first, I thought getting my weight to a healthy place would solve everything. But it quickly became clear that food and fitness are just two pieces of a much bigger puzzle. Once I started healing my stress response, regulating my nervous system, and strengthening all the pillars of holistic health, everything started to change — my energy, my self-worth, my peace of mind, and yes, my glow.
Now, I help women in their 30s, 40s, and 50s reclaim their health — not just for weight loss or aesthetics, but to feel vibrant, confident, and truly alive as they age. Because you don’t have to settle for feeling “meh” just because you’re not in your 20s anymore. You’re just getting started.
